TERMS
The working terms for Maggs
Last updated 20 July 2026
These draft terms describe the intended Maggs offer. They are not ready for customer acceptance until the operating entity and Australian legal terms have been completed and reviewed.
The service
Maggs provides a done-for-you website and lead-follow-up layer. Depending on the agreed configuration, this may include enquiry forms, website chat, a lead inbox, automated acknowledgements, missed-call text-back, follow-up reminders and neutral review requests.
What the service is not
Maggs is not a job-management, dispatch, quoting, accounting or emergency-services platform. It does not guarantee enquiries, booked jobs, revenue, advertising performance or search rankings.
Price and usage
The working offer is $97 per week plus GST, billed weekly in advance, with no setup fee and no minimum term. The founding rate of $97 per week applies to the first ten subscribing businesses and is held for twenty-four months from the start of the subscription; the standard rate thereafter is $115 per week. Phone, SMS and other metered usage is billed separately. The final order form must state included allowances, rates, payment timing and any fair-use limits.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, licensing, content and verification information.
- Use customer information lawfully and honour consent and unsubscribe requests.
- Review messages, offers and workflows before they are activated.
- Keep account access secure and tell Maggs promptly about suspected misuse.
Australian numbers
Calling or messaging features depend on telecommunications providers and regulatory approval. Local-number activation may require business, address and authorised-representative documents. Approval time is outside Maggs’s control.
Cancellation, data and website ownership
The final agreement must specify notice, final charges, data export, domain control, content ownership, website portability and the treatment of third-party licences. These matters will be provided in writing before a customer pays.
Consumer protections
Nothing in the final terms should exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Entity, notices and governing law
The operating entity, ABN, notice details and applicable Australian state or territory must be inserted after legal review.
