DATA PROCESSING
Proposed Maggs subprocessors
Last updated 20 July 2026
This is a pre-launch category list. Final provider names, locations, purposes and links must reflect the production configuration before customers are onboarded.
Expected categories
- Website hosting and delivery: application hosting, content delivery, security and logs.
- CRM and automation: contact records, pipelines, workflows, forms and calendars.
- Telecommunications: Australian number provisioning, calls, SMS and regulatory verification.
- Analytics and advertising: consent-dependent site measurement and campaign attribution.
- Payments: subscription billing, invoices and payment records.
- Support and operations: customer communication, incident handling and internal documentation.
Cross-border processing
Some providers may process or store data outside Australia. The final privacy notice and customer agreement must identify relevant countries or the practical basis for describing them and explain the safeguards used.
Changes
Maggs should maintain a dated production list and give customers reasonable notice of material subprocessor changes where the final agreement requires it.
