How Maggs handles personal information
Last updated 20 July 2026
This draft explains the information Maggs Method expects to handle while providing its website and lead-follow-up service in Australia.
What we collect
We may collect contact and business details, service-area information, website enquiries, call and message metadata, appointment details, account preferences, support communications and campaign-attribution data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information through public enquiry forms.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and arrange walkthroughs.
- To configure, support and secure the Maggs service.
- To send communications a person has requested or consented to receive.
- To measure site performance and campaign effectiveness where optional tracking consent has been given.
- To meet legal, fraud-prevention and record-keeping obligations.
Who processes it
Approved service providers may process data for hosting, communications, CRM, analytics, scheduling, payments and support. Some may store or process information outside Australia. Current categories and proposed providers appear on the Subprocessors page.
Your choices
You can decline optional analytics cookies, unsubscribe from marketing messages and reply STOP to marketing SMS. Australian privacy rights may include requesting access to or correction of personal information and making a complaint.
Retention and security
Information should be retained only while needed for the service, a legitimate business purpose or a legal obligation. No system is perfectly secure; Maggs will use proportionate technical and organisational controls and a documented incident process.
Contact and complaints
The operating entity, privacy contact, Australian address and complaint-escalation details must be inserted here before launch.
